Website Discussion isn't allowed

Some people tend to post topics such as, look at my site, it's got all the stuff I'm going to do on my holidays, etc, but this isn't allowed, you aren't allowed to post websites no expections. If you come across a site you should:

* Report the Site
* Warn people about it
* Never click it
* If you happen to click it, don't download nothing
* Never click on Hyperlinked words, unless it's someone's RuneScape Discussion Thread or Email Address

Once again, it's not allowed, so don't do it!
